Responsibilities: Provide Administrative Assistant support to the PMA-207 ELT. Be proficient in processing international and domestic travel orders and vouchers within Defense Travel System (DTS) and country clearances within the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS). Duties include: use BASICS II on a daily basis; be skillful at developing naval messages within Common Message Processor (CMP); process naval correspondence and memorandums; receives/Reviews incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Principle Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager; prepare documents for signature following the correspondence manual; maintain subject matter files and records that relate to the work of PEO(A) and PMA-207; prepare Fitness Reports and ensure they are submitted before dead line; use SharePoint on a daily basis and be familiar with workflow documents; prepare Weekly Status Reports (WSR) for leadership; compile upcoming monthly detailed travel report for leadership; apply new procedures for incoming employees to ensure easy transition; request facility help calls to Public Works; submit heat tickets through the NAVAIR National Help Desk; contact SATO to have travel arrangements canceled or changed; maintain meetings in Microsoft Office Calendars; schedules/make arrangements for meetings and appointments to include all travel requirements for Principle Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager; assist Configuration Management Lead in DRRBs and taking minutes; place trouble calls on NMCI assets for different PMA-207 personnel; assist government supervisor with reinsuring all security procedures are followed daily and attending monthly Security Coordinator Meetings; replace and order NMCI printer supplies as necessary; and manage documents daily on ShareDrive.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least one (1) year of office experience, in a customer or business oriented position.
Other: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
