Responsibilities: Provide Senior Program Analyst support to the PMA-213 Landing Systems JPALS IPTL. Independently gather information for data calls and apply applicable resources to ensure a timely response; participate in JPALS weekly acquisition discussions, development and maintenance of the IMS, and in working groups regarding milestone decision requirements. Coordinate Acquisition Milestone Briefs; prepare correspondence for approval; assist with employee recognition packages/awards; provide input to Spend Plan changes; track action items; respond to data calls on cost/schedule/performance. Compile team inputs and prepare quad charts for bi-weekly meetings; prepare and route travel requests.
Position can potentially incur light travel.
Education: MS or MA degree from an accredited university in a Business, Management, or "Relevant Technical Discipline".
Allowable Substitution: BS or BA degree form an accredited university in Business, Management, or "Relevant Technical Discipline" and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional ten (10) years of experience may be substituted for a MS or MA degree.
Experience: At least ten (10) years experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of those 10 years of work experience related to analysis and planning. Familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, and DD254 is required. Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules.
Other: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
