Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for providing support services for the Tactical Service-Oriented Architecture (TSOA) Integrated Product Team (IPT) and associated projects at SPAWAR LANT. The services include developing, updating and maintaining Configuration Management Plans, and implementing CM processes for conducting Physical Configuration Audits, License Management, and Software Distribution. The candidate will identify formal configuration items, establish baselines, control changes to baselines, and develop Change Proposals, Change Requests, Engineering Change Proposals and Engineering Change Requests. The candidate will provide Department of the Navy (DON) Application and Database Management Systems (DADMS) support by drafting, submitting, tracking, and managing all DADMS applications, entries and questionnaires.
Education: BS degree from an accredited university.
Experience: Twelve (12) years of experience in technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, and analytical/logical thinking. Experience with the configuration management of Marine Corps Tactical Data systems such as COC, JTCW, GCCS-TCO, AFATDS, CPOF, or other relevant tactical systems. Experience in baseline management, software configuration management, change control and license management. CMPIC classes preferred.
Other: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
