Responsibilities: Provide financial and programmatic support to NAVAIR 1.2 Aviation/Ship Integration (A/SI) team lead for ESB, EPF and TAO-205 ship platforms. Participate in Externally Directed Team (EDT) meetings assisting with the integration of aviation systems onboard ESB, EPF and TAO-205 ship platforms. Maintain and update project structures and schedules IAW task planning sheets and approved budget spend plans. Respond to actions and data calls, develop and monitor spend plans, develop Work Breakdown Structures. Specific duties include budget development, project planning in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), funds acceptance and execution, and financial data analysis. Facilitate communication between engineers, and various other customers. Coordinate and participate in weekly EDT meetings, engineering design reviews, configuration planning groups, working groups, and provide documentation support including minutes and action items. Provide program management support for development of program status reports, internal status reports, and presentations.
Education: Bachelor`s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Six (6) years of program management experience.
Other: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance. Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Knowledge of MS Project to build/maintain project planning, resource allocations and budget interface. Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. Knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), including project planning, reporting, data analysis to support funds acceptance, obligation and execution tracking and analysis.
