Responsibilities: Organize, execute and monitor the performance of technical projects to ensure they are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding. Severe as the primary interface with project teams to establish funding and to set schedule priorities.
Education: BS or BA degree from an accredited university in a Business, Management or "Relevant Technical Discipline.
Allowable Substitution: An AS or AA degree from an accredited university in a technical discipline or related field and an additional four (4) years of Engineering and/or IT experience; OR an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Experience: At least six (6) years experience in large and complex problems associated to major weapons systems. Demonstrated experience in cost/benefit analysis, quality control, successful completion of critical path events and project tracking. Must have a strong financial background including experience with NERP.
Other: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
