RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of a team, applies knowledge of policies and regulations including DoD, Navy, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, and NAWCAD that are applicable to engineering program management fleet ATC&LS electronic systems. Applies knowledge of policy and regulations to compile data for presentation to government personnel and to update NAVAIR/NAWCAD databases for analysis.
Duties include tracking Fleet metrics, preparation of Fleet reports, development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), creation of Technical Direction Letters (TDL), and administrative support such as filing and preparing technical meeting minutes. Provides analysis and management support functions for the ATC&LS projects/programs and advises the government of apparent discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's Degree in technical or business discipline from an accredited school.
Two years of experience in analysis of project technical, resource allocation, scheduling, financial information and project management of Navy Fleet programs, including specialized experience in the management of systems and equipment. Four additional years of experience in analysis of Navy Fleet programs can be substituted for the degree.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access are required.MS Project is highly desired.
