LOCATION: St. Inigoes, MD
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide on-site project analysis support to the Identification Systems Division (NAWCAD 4.5.9) located in St. Inigoes, MD. Specific duties include: Interface with Government Project Leads to develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), spend plans, and obligation phasing plans. Determine current and future project requirements and ensure identified requirements are accounted for in budget plans.Work closely with Project Leads to discuss project status, schedule, and programmatic issues. Liaise with schedulers to develop project schedules and cost estimates. Develop agendas, attend and participate in technical and programmatic meetings, take meeting minutes, and respond to data calls. Prepare project status reports, cost reports, quad charts, mid-year reviews, and presentations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor`s Degree in a technical, business, or management discipline AND One year of experience with the functions described above or Associate`s Degree in a technical, business, or management discipline AND two years of experience with the functions described above. One year experience utilizing NavyERP REQUIRED. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite. EOE/AA
