SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYST (Req 13... Wednesday, May 01, 2013 LOCATION: Patuxent River, MD RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct support for PMA272, APR-39 IPT Lead. Responsible for overall coordination of programmatic and acquisition functions. Provide analysis, technical review and program management; act as focal point for coordination between the IPT and Assault ASE leadership, Original Equipment Manufacturer, other Services, PEOs, platform management offices, PMA272 ASE teams and IPT personnel. Review and coordinate requirements databases and delivery and fielding plans. Evaluate preplanned product improvements and engineering change proposals for operational suitability, feasibility and supportability. Coordinate program transition from Procurement phase to Operations and Sustainment. Prepare and coordinate coorespondence and briefings for external customers. Participate in telecoms, meetings and working groups. Provide input and assist in coordination of OSD, ASN and FMS efforts and briefings as required. Generate recurring reports, lead Integrated Master Schedule reviews and updates, schedule and facilitate meetings and telecoms as required. REQUIREMENTS: Education: This position requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. Once the experience requirements are met, eight additional years of experience directly relating to acquisition / budget / Foreign Military Sales program analysis can substitute for the Bachelors degree in this labor category. Experience: This position requires a minimum of six (6) years of recent (within the last 10 years) work experience related to program acquisition analysis and planning. Experience must include complex budget and/or Foreign Military Sales programs, system acquisition or life cycle logistics of systems and equipment. A working knowledge of Office software products, databases and the modules within ERP is required.
