SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYST (Req 13... Wednesday, May 01, 2013 LOCATION: Patuxent River, MD RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform as Briefing Development/Graphics Lead for PMA-272. Provide support to the OPSO, PM and DPM by assisting with a broad diversity of PEO(T) drills, data calls, spreadsheets, and presentations, requiring in-depth knowledge and experience with Powerpoint, Graphics, Excel and Photo programs. Provide support to PMA-272 Science and Technology team in the areas of Strategic Planning and Roadmapping. Design, develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance for all PMA-level graphics to include presentations, awards, office space designs, PMA logos, and special projects. Collaborate on and develop Executive-level presentations for program and financial briefs in various forms (i.e. Financial Funds Flow Chart, Total Obligation Authority, Congressional Staffer, etc.). Design and refurbish detailed PMA272 Portfolio, Organizational Chart, Brainbook and Program Operational Guide (POG) as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Training: MS Office Suite, MS Project and Graphics Design. Education: This position requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. Once the experience requirements are met, eight additional years of experience directly relating to acquisition / budget / Foreign Military Sales program analysis can substitute for the Bachelors degree in this labor category. Experience: This position requires a minimum of six (6) years of recent (within the last 10 years) work experience related to program acquisition analysis and planning. Experience must include complex budget and/or Foreign Military Sales programs, system acquisition or life cycle logistics of systems and equipment. A working knowledge of Office software products, databases and the modules within ERP is required. Other: Secret clearance required.
