Job Location: Dayton, OH
Description:
This person will be responsible for developing and executing fund raising plans to achieve goals in segmented fund raising activities. Must have knowledge of direct mail program strategies, execution, and analysis. This person would oversee and manage gift-giving societies including solicitation and recognition programs. Ability to build long-term donor relationships; supervise and motivate paid and volunteer staff; and manage budgetary process.
Must be proficient in computer operations- Raiser’s Edge preferred and have excellent written and presentation skills. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required.
Education/Experience Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a minimum of three years experience in development, fundraising, and/or special events; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
