RN Required
5 years of experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in an acute care facility, emergency department or Urgent Care facility. Three years of supervisory experience preferred. Avera Medical Group - Urgent Care Mitchell is open seven days a week - M-F hrs are 2 - 9 pm S & S hrs 10am - 5 pm Responsible for the day to day supervision and coordination of administrative and clinical activities, including delivery of patient care. Assists in the examination and treatment of patients following established standards and practices as directed by the provider and his/her supervising physician. Must be able to give and follow oral and/or written instructions and perform detailed assignments, concentrate under pressure and exhibit organizational skills and a high degree of efficiency. Must have a highly functional use of various windows-based computer software systems.

Registered Nurse currently licensed with the SD Board of Nursing. Certification in the following required: BLS/CPR certification is mandatory within 6 months of employment. ACLS Certification is required. Completion of the Limited X-Ray Machine Operation (LXMO) program within 2 years of employment. Additional certifications specific to department needs will be required throughout employment.
