Description SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer the Systems and Operations Administrator performs various functions in a manner which assists with the running and/or servicing of the divisions business and operations. This incumbent will serve as a primary resource point for associates answering and interpreting (FLSA language) policy, procedural, informational or technical inquiries, requiring a thorough knowledge of the divisions services, organizational structure, as well as the use of independent judgment and discretion in the release of confidential or sensitive information. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Performs a number of administrative, technical, and analytical tasks in support of a division president and chief operating officer, including analyzing and recommending changes to operating practice; planning long- or short-term business objectives; analyzing data; drawing conclusions, and recommending changes; and handling complaints.
- Serves as central liaison for division in the dissemination of information.
- Establishes and maintains files concerned with projects, staffing, budgeting and/or policy matters; records actions taken on sensitive issues, and is responsible for releasing information to authorized parties.
- Administer user security over divisions different systems and applications.
- Assist in the customization and development of system documents, reports and general software interfaces.
- Troubleshoot end user issues concerning divisions production software and act as a liaison between the division and different software vendors support desks.
- To assist with training on production software releases and new software application implementations.
- Participate as required in testing new releases, products, and customizations prior to live installation and insure they are installed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide recommendations to division on methods for implementing more standardized/efficient processes in end user departments for data conversions.
- Stay informed of industry changes and advancements to ensure ability to present meaningful solutions through attending training sessions and annual user group conferences.
- Occasional travel and overnight stays to division sites and other locations for training and new implementations.
- Arranges schedule of appointments for supervisor and staff, exercising discretion in committing division presidents and chief operating officers time and in referring caller or visitor to another appropriate source of information or service.
- May perform special projects and lead project management as required by the department.
- May maintain policy and procedure manuals for the department.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Additional college level course work would be beneficial, but not necessary.
- One (1) to three (3) years previous experience in Title: and closing operations is preferred. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills are required to deal with customers, vendors, and division management.
