Job Purpose: Pick-up and deliver client materials.

Essential Functions:

1. Load client material on truck for delivery. Physically place material in vehicle by hand, pallet jack or forklift.

2. Drive truck to client locations. Must be able to make decisions about routing and the most efficient way to make deliveries and pick-ups on local and national courier runs.

3. Deliver material to clients in a timely manner. Plan daily routing schedule to ensure that each client receives material at appropriate time. Physically move material from vehicle to client dock or office.

4. Pick-up material from clients dock or office. Physically place material on vehicle by hand or pallet jack.

5. Comply with DOT and traffic regulations while in operation of motor vehicle.

6. Must be able to drive a straight truck as well as a semi.

7. Previous driving experience with larger trucks such as a box truck preferred.

8. Maintain confidentiality and security of client materials.

9. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

10. A current CDL license is preferred or at least must be willing to get a CDL.

11. Must have a good driving record and DOT health card.

12. Knowledge of DOT requirements.

Pay Rate: $10/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Dress Code: Casual

Duration: Temp to Hire

Shift: 1st

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Start/End Time: Hours can vary from day to day but typically 8am-4:30pm
