Salary: $50-$55K/yr plus commission

Description: Key generator of new sales as primary point of contact within the established aviation market. Developing qualified leads through referrals, face to face, cold calling, email, and networking. Working with company leadership for achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term goals in line with company vision and values. Identifying and recommend to leadership team, new product, customers and market opportunities. Develop network with prospective customers and industry professionals. Research and increase product knowledge. Build and maintain professional rapport with customers and prospective customers. Closes sales efficiently and ensure all documentation is complete.

Requirements: Sincere interest in company growth. 5 plus years in experience in aviation or aerospace industry. 5 plus years of proven success in technical sales. Impeccable integrity, strong influencing and negotiation skills; focus on customer service and effectively be able to interact with all levels within organization and customer`s organization. Prove ability to achieve sales goals. Results oriented with sense of urgency, diplomatic, well-organized and exhibits excellent writing and communication skills. Critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision in fast paced environment. Bachelor`s degree or equivalent industry experience. Ability and desire to travel both International and Domestic. Established customer-base preferred.
