Description: Provide support and development of business practices by effectively customizing/applying current technology investments. Assist in identifying and evaluating future technology needs to further drive efficient business process. Will oversee use and development of Sage CRM (data control, report development, integration with external SQL databases, territory changes, email marketing and end user adoption). Management and oversight of Sage 100 ERP/JobOps (process development/refinement, inventory control, report development, integration with Timberline (Sage Estimating). Further development, implementation, maintenance and testing of disaster recovery/business continuity plans. Assist in server review/administration. Help provide helpdesk/desktop support as needed, part of a three person team.

Skills/Qualifications: Experience using and customizing Sage CRM. SQL Server. Javascript. ASP. Experience with Sage 100 ERP/JobOps preferred. Crystal Reports. Leveraging mobile devices as part of the business processes. Apple iOs (iphone, iPad). Experience/background in manufacturing environment. Windows 2008+ Server Administration. Experience with multiple business locations. Self motivated, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
