Direct Care Staff / Full and Part Time
Job Location: Benton and Washington County, Arkansas
Products/Services:
Provide assistance to individuals living with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications (Education/Experience) Required:
Must be at least 18 years of age, be able to pass background check, have access to a working vehicle, have a valid drivers license, and current car insurance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Direct care and support assisting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. Assisting with household duties, transporting/involvement in the community, transport to any appointments or recreational activities, encourage/teach independent living skills, personal care as needed.
Advancement/Educational Opportunities:
Paid training, minimum 15 hours continuing education per year.
Compensation/Benefits:
Paid training, mileage reimbursement, possible $100.00 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment, family gym membership, Sam's club, medical ins., dental, vision, retirement benefits, medical bridge, referral bonus.
