JOB SUMMARY
Perform financial system administration, report development, and special project functions for the Finance Strategic Business Unit (“Finance”).
KEY RESULT AREAS
Development of product, customer, and account measurement reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Minimal customer impact related to reporting out of finance systems databases.
Minimal issues related to data integrity and/or control of critical management reports.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Ensure the integrity of financial systems through data mining analysis and systems reconciliations.
2. Perform Hyperion data loads and InformEnt import/exports.
3. Management report development using existing end-user tools. Including the development of relational reporting objects and VBA-enhanced spreadsheet applications to support end-user reporting and analysis requirements.
4. Provide high-level technical support, training and administration to Finance on end-user applications.
5. Create documentation of new and existing applications and processes to assist in the implementation and support of financial applications.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, management information systems, or information technology.
Minimum Experience: 0-3 years experience in banking/financial industry, finance/accounting, financial systems (including system/report development using Visual Basic for Applications, Brio, Essbase, Oracle, and SQL), reporting, analysis and/or forecasting.
Preferred Experience: 3+ years experience in banking/financial industry, finance/accounting, financial systems (including system/report development using Visual Basic for Applications, Brio, Essbase, Oracle, and SQL), reporting, analysis and/or forecasting.
