JOB SUMMARY
This DW/BI Business Solutions Manager is responsible for leading and managing the DW/BI services delivery practice within Business Solutions Shared Services. The selected candidate will be expected to work closely with key Business stakeholders, Business Solutions Directors, Business Solutions Managers and other technical and business colleagues to understand and deliver business analytics capabilities. A successful candidate will exhibit a strong balance between technology knowledge, business understanding and organization leadership effectiveness. This candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong pragmatic approach to the execution of information strategy and delivery of business intelligence solutions. This position reports directly to the Operations & IT Shared Services Business Solutions Director.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Lead and manage the daily activities of the DW/BI delivery team.
2. Oversee successful delivery of the DW/BI services to the lines of business and corporate functions.
3. Oversee successful completion of the Associated BI program.
4. Collaborate with business stake holders in the realization of the BI Vision and execution of the Information Strategy.
5. Support other Shared Services BSMs in the delivery of customer solutions that include Data and BI requirements.
6. Oversee prevention and quick resolution of operational issues.
7. Weekly reporting of organizational accomplishments.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor`s Degree in a business or technology related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience: 15 years of technology leadership related experience in a financial services industry.
Preferred Education: MBA is highly desirable
Preferred Experience: 10+ years of hands on technical experience designing, developing, and implementing DW/BI business solutions. 10+ years of experience building and leading medium to large sized delivery teams.
