JOB SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, the Data, Systems, and Integration Analyst is responsible for assisting the Application Analysts with the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new and/or modified BSA/AML application solutions. This person will help with maturing testing methodologies. This position works with the BSA officer / Associate BSA officer as well as the Application Analyst team and has a liaison role between the Information Technology Department and the Financial Intelligence Department.

This position is integral in the data and system needs of the BSA / AML / OFAC team. This person will be looked to understand, obtain and analyze appropriate data required in the systems and functions within the FID team. The person will help with ensuring overall data integrity and evolve quality controls. In addition, this person will have an integral role in understanding our systems, and our system interfaces and data flows. This person will be involved with analyzing and troubleshooting issues or opportunities and help provide guidance on technical solutions. This role will help lead the FID team in assessing, analyzing, and working with IT, implementing strategic technical efficiencies and integrations.

Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesnt meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associateds anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Work with BSA/AML Managers and industry experts to understand business requirements and technical considerations.

2. Translate business requirements into technical and data solutions.

3. Assist with technical testing methodology and execution  

4. Proactively assess technical needs and current and possible technical solutions to best leverage technology and design enhancements to create ongoing effectiveness and efficiencies.

5. Work with Application analyst team on needed system support and enhancements  

6. Act as liaison with technology and FID management

7. Work to ensure data and system integrity.

8. Perform ongoing updates and maintenance as needed.

9. Act as an InformEnt support analyst
 
10. Understand, obtain, and analyze data for FID as needed.
 
11. Assist with reporting for various FID functions.
 
12. Serve as a SME- technical and data expert for BSA

Qualifications
  JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Education
Professional Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification is highly desirable.

Minimum Experience
A minimum of five years of progressive application and transaction analytics experience within the financial services and / or BSA function is required.

Preferred Experience
A minimum of seven years of progressive application and transaction analytics experience within the financial services BSA function is desired.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required.
Perform duties in accordance with the Vision & Values of Associated Banc-Corp.
Regular attendance is required.
Basic math and reading skills, and attention to detail.
Use of basic office equipment (e.g., photocopier, voice mail, "fax" machine, calculator, multiple line telephones, typewriter, computers etc.).
Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.

Travel
Travel to bank locations is required; travel is estimated at less than 5%
