JOB SUMMARY

In alignment with the overall Retail Direct Digital Channel strategy and guiding principles, the Digital Solutions Manager develops the strategic roadmap to drive sales and service delivery across existing and emerging digital channels. Works to ensure a seamless customer experience that drives revenue and engagement.

Position does not have direct P&L responsibility, but shadow accountability for revenue growth and driving lower cost to serve/acquire. The position is expected to work closely with Retail Banking leaders as well as the Corporate Finance department in measuring and tracking financial performance and volumes against established goals.
Specifics for the roles within Digital Solutions Managers are noted below:
Digital Solutions Manager - Sales
Develops digital sales strategy and roadmap to drive sales and revenue goals
Collaborates with business line leadership to develop and prioritize digital sales application requirements and effective sales solutions
Partners with IT on vendor selection and management for digital sales solutions
Develops analytics to track and report on sales effectiveness

Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesnt meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associateds anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Develop and manage the strategy and roadmap to drive sale/revenue through the direct channel as well as increase digital channel service usage to lower cost to serve. Design, manage and maintain the overall functional design of digital customer solutions and platforms

2. Identify and manage external vendor relationships to deliver digital features/functionality as desired

3. Effectively collaborate with key internal partners within Retail, Operations/IT, Legal/compliance and SMCC to meet Digital Channel goals

4. Track and analyze the effectiveness of digital channel solutions on identified key performance indicators

5. Stay abreast of technology enhancements and determine at what stage implementation should be considered

6. Manage roadmap to consistently enhance the digital channels and work with IT to develop an effective enhancement deployment schedule

7. Ensure digital channels meets best practices and ADA compliance standards across platforms (PC, Tablet, Mobile)

Qualifications
JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

Minimum Experience
7+ years experience in eCommerce, website/channel management, and/or digital marketing

Preferred Experience
Financial services experience
Financial/business case development acumen
Digital reporting and analysis
Experience utilizing website tracking tools such as Adobe SiteCatalyst (Shopping)
Experience utilizing web content management systems (Shopping)
Experience with Online and Mobile Banking systems (Service Delivery)

Special Skill Requirements
Experience utilizing Microsoft office and Outlook for Windows.

Job Requirements
