JOB SUMMARY
In alignment with the Payments and Direct Channel Strategy, serves as a Center of Excellence to advise on the digital user experience across the enterprise. Manages the overall information architecture and visual design of digital systems to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience. Creates intuitive digital experiences and lends expertise to the creation of design strategy, interaction models and wire framing to communicate and influence the path to purchase. Ensures a cohesive, modern aesthetic across all digital channels (PC, tablet, mobile, ATM) in alignment with the Associated Brand standards. Partners closely with IT to achieve desired goals.
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesnt meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associateds anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Creates wireframes, interaction models, and visual design utilizing innovative web and mobile technologies to optimize the digital customer experience and maximize customer satisfaction. Drives the design strategy for AssociatedBank.com, Online & Mobile Banking, along with other applications to ensure a consistent look, feel, and customer experience.
2. Serves as a center of excellence for the enterprise on digital design standards and ensures consistency with the brand across all digital platforms.
3. Ensures an effective online shopping experience and optimizes applications to increase response rates.
4. Manages the roadmap for design, usability/workflow, and customer satisfaction improvements based on key performance indicators
5. Collaborates effectively with key internal partners within Retail, IT, legal/compliance, and SMCC to meet digital channel goals.
6. Stays abreast of technology and competitive developments to ensure a modern aesthetic/visual design principles are applied effectively while ensuring compliance with ADA.
7. Manages usability testing strategy
Qualifications JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Bachelors degree in Visual Design, Information Architecture, or related field.
Minimum Experience 7+ years of experience in user experience, visual design, and/or user interface development
Preferred Experience Financial Services Experience 7+ years of experience in user experience, visual design, and/or user interface development 3+ years of management experience
Special Skill Requirements Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop and other visual design technologies. Usability and eye-tracking studies Experience utilizing Microsoft office and Outlook for Windows.
Other Duties and Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required. Perform duties in accordance with the Vision & Values of Associated Banc-Corp. Regular attendance is required. Basic math and reading skills, and attention to detail. Use of basic office equipment (e.g., photocopier, voice mail, "fax" machine, calculator, multiple line telephones, typewriter, computers etc.).
