JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Shared Services Support Business Solutions Manager is responsible for leading and managing the delivery and support of business solutions for the bank`s Corporate Support Functions. These functions include Finance, Human Resources, Audit, Legal, Corporate Risk, Credit Risk, Strategy, Marketing and Corporate Communications. A critical aspect of this role is that of a Relationship Manager. This encompasses proactively managing the partnership between IT and the corporate support functions to ensure IT is viewed as a trusted partner and strategic technology advisor.

The selected candidate will be expected to work closely with Business Leaders, business stakeholders, Business Solutions Directors, Business Solutions Managers, the EPMO/PMO, Subject Matter Experts and vendors to deliver high value add and innovative business solutions and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent business understanding, strong knowledge and understanding of the corporate technology landscape and trends. Effective leadership and management skills are essential. This position reports directly to the OPS & IT Corporate Business Solutions Shared Services Director.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Clearly understanding the corporate functions operating models, departmental goals and objectives, business plans, business processes, business needs and technology requirements.
2. Interact daily with key business stakeholders.
3. Participate in stakeholder departmental meetings.
4. Coordinate quick resolution of people, process or technology issues.
5. Develop and track resource capacity and allocation plans based on anticipate demand.
6. Develop project charters and bottom up estimates.
7. Overseeing the successful execution of projects and works orders.
8. Develop and communicate weekly status reports for partner and internal consumption.
9. Lead and manage the daily activities and performance of the assigned delivery team.
10. Develop, assign and track team objectives and team performance.
11. Oversee successful delivery of applications support services to the corporate functions.
12. Participate in the development and management of the expense and capital budgets.
13. Participate in daily operations calls.


Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor`s Degree in a business or technology related discipline or equivalent experience.

Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in a business or technology related discipline or equivalent experience. MBA highly desirable but not required.

Minimum Experience: 10 years of technology leadership related experience in a financial services industry.

Preferred Experience: 15 years or more of technology leadership related experience in a financial services industry. Hands on experience with a corporate function is highly desirable.

Communication: Written communication skills to convey complex information, where neither format nor content examples exist (e.g. explaining a theory, proposal, or strategy, etc.).

Analysis: Extremely complex problem-solving. Problems and their sources are difficult to define before developing appropriate solutions. Problem-solving requires the use of complex analytical techniques and innovative thinking.

Special Requirements: Sedentary work, occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

Scope of Position:
Ability to represent the organization in a professional, self-controlled and positive manner.

Uphold the banks philosophy and all policies by maintaining appropriate controls to assure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of the corporation

Impact of Decisions: Major effect on expense, operations, colleague relations or customer relations directly influencing activities, program or objectives (e.g. decisions usually impact all or most of Associated Banc-Corp).

Independent Action: Colleague is required to act independently, working under the general guidelines of the corporate mission statement and reports for purposes other than information only those things that exceed the general mission. This is typically reflective of senior management.
