JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager I is responsible for the overall management of strategic technology projects with general direction from the Business Solutions Manager. The position will have a primary focus to serve as the point of contact for all parties including the business lines, management, team members and vendors. The Project Manager 1 follows the standards, methodologies, policies, and processes established by ITS Management in regards to communication and issue resolution as well as accountability for all aspects of project delivery.

The project manager role requires an individual who has depth within several of the following disciplines: leadership skills, self motivated, detail oriented, ability to handle multiple projects, ability to problem solve and bring resolution.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
The following are essential job accountabilities:
* Facilitates and lead teams on the successful execution and implementation of strategic technology projects.
* Controls projects through the use of project plans and charters to adhere to the "triple constraints". 1. Time (schedule) 2. Resources (both people and dollars) 3. Scope
* Follow IT project management methodology which includes, but not limited to:
-Security review
-Requirements
-Risk
-Testing
-Architecture and design
-Production readiness
* Provide regular status reports to project teams and management.
* Troubleshoot & resolve issues on key applications as needed.
* Analyze technology requests for feasibility and cost benefit.
* Participate in vendor selection
* Review vendor contracts in conjunction with legal council
* Performs other tasks assigned by management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 2 years banking experience, 1 to 2 years implementing technology projects and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
