Job Description:
Excellent and growing healthcare firm is seeking a multi-tasking and multi-functioning administrator. In this position, you will work with the sales and marketing Executives in their satellite office. This is a fast paced environment where you not only will have to keep up the pace but more times than not, set the pace. You will be working with high energy individuals who are looking for a self-starter who can work well with all managers of multiple levels and those who directly report to them. You will assist marketing with projects and coordinate meetings for both sales and marketing.

You need: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and special Marketing Software experience is a definite plus. Three + years experience as an Office Administration with an emphasis in sales and marketing departments.
