Job Description:
For all you CDL-A drivers who are only looking for part-time hours but want to be home nightly and still be a member of a quality transportation team, then you need to take a look at this opportunity Averitt has to offer with our dedicated customer in Orlando!
- Local and/or deliveries to southern FL with customer's product and return to Orlando
- Starting pay up to $19.00 hourly!
- 20 to 25 hours per week
- Tue, Wed or Fridays- No Weekends! - Drivers starts are early morning 0300 to 0700 depending on needs.
- Home nightly-no layovers
- NO TOUCH FREIGHT!
- Curtain side trailers- strapping/unstrapping only.

Job Requirements:
- 1 year of full-time verifiable tractor-trailer experience within past 2 years.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
- Drivers must have Class A CDL.
- No convictions for Reckless Driving within the past 5 years
- No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years.
- No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years.
- No serious violations within previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too close, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality).
- No more than 1 moving violation within the past 12 months.
- No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years.
- Not currently involved in any pending court action that would disqualify him/her from employment.
- No felony convictions.
- No misdemeanors for theft or violence within the past 10 years
- No misdemeanors for drugs within the past 5 years
