Job Location:
Duluth, GA
Objective:
Development of the safety-critical avionics software, targeted to a real-time embedded environment. Active involvement in all areas of the software development process including analysis, design and code development, testing & debugging, hardware/software integration, code validation & testing, and real time system design.
Required Qualifications:
* BS in computer science or electrical engineering or computer engineering.
* 2-7 years of embedded software development experience.
* Knowledge of object oriented design methodologies.
* C/C++ programming languages, VxWorks RTOS.
* Previous experience with low level graphics drivers. Knowledge of the OpenGL pipeline.
* Should be able to work within a team environment as well as individually.
* Some travel may be required.
Prefer Candidates with:
* Avionics displays software development, DO178B certification, and mission computer experience.
* ADA programming language, Flight Management, and Navigation software experience.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
