Business Development Account Executive

Job Location: Northeast region, US

Objective:
The presentation and demonstration of Barco equipment at the End-User level; to support the sale of Barco products through established Distribution Channels. Position requires prospective evaluating opportunities, present products, training, and supporting the customer’s purchases.

Support the sales of Barco products to end-users in coordination with Distribution Partners and OEM’s. It is the responsibility of this representative to develop and maintain end-user relationship for the purpose of developing customers, reference sites, luminaries, etc. Prepare and maintain opportunity forecasts, track new hospital construction, business trends, market development, etc. Work closely with OEM reps, Distribution Manager to optimize opportunities and resources.

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, but hospital sales experience is key.
  • Successful sales track record in the radiology marketplace; thorough knowledge of radiology practices.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic display systems, hardware, and software.
  • Proven demonstration skills and technical understanding of PACS applications and hardware.
  • Clear understanding/working knowledge of diagnostic imaging fundamentals.
  • Ability to communicate complex sequences and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
