Materials Control Manager
Job Location: Duluth, GA
Objective:
Manage warehousing, traffic operations, inventory control and inventory planning and reporting.
Essential Functions:
1. Supervisory and leadership duties
2. Assuring completion of activities performed in warehousing
3. Assuring inventory accuracy during processing of transactions performed in warehousing.
4. Reporting productivity for warehousing activities
5. Develops and assure adherence to procedures and policies
6. Training and development of group personnel
7. Plans, schedules and coordinates the movement of materials received and delivered from warehouses
8. Identifies and recommends continuous improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and five +years materials experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Reporting, analytical and leadership skills required
- Prefer APICS Certification and Report Writing skills
