Summary:
Meets or exceeds sales goals. Attends on-going sales and product training. Conducts branch sales training meetings. Submits detailed activity / production reports. Develops and uses prospecting lists. Meets daily with potential customers. Maintains sales reports as required. Establishes and maintains high standards for customer service. Makes telephonic service calls. Communicates investment concepts through effective profiling. Actively reviews and maintains contact with existing customer base to ensure their needs are met. Maintains active working relationships with branch personnel. Mentor licensed branch associates to assist in increasing their knowledge and skill sets as it pertains to investment products. Conducts business with the highest integrity within State Insurance and Securities laws.
Bachelors Degree from four-year college or university in Business, Accounting, Finance and a minimum of three years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of related education and experience. Must have knowledge base of insurance products and laws pertaining to life, health and annuity insurance to meet continuing education regulatory requirements.
