Distribution Specialist
Job Location: Miami Lakes, FL

Full Time
SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility is the creation of new loan set up packages. Also required to support Distribution Specialists on an as needed basis. This may include preparing labels and logging in packages.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Performs clerical work of moderate complexity that follows well-establishes procedures, and occasionally requires some application of independent judgment.
* Verifies completeness and accuracy of information.
* Prioritizes own work.
* Maintains files and records, copies records and logs department information as applicable.
* Contacts branches, departments to obtain missing files or document inventory.
* Categorizes and inputs information into system.
* Responds to routine requests with standard answers.
* Performs routine department work involving prescribed procedures.
* Follows policies and procedures and reports needed change in order to maintain operations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Distribution Specialist I:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). A minimum of one year of office experience.
Distribution Specialist II:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). A minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent combination and/or experience.
