Job Description:
Accepts deposits and loan payments; cash checks and bonds; balance cash drawer and daily work. Must be able to cross-sell bank products and services to achieve referral sales goals. Must be able to handle customer inquires. Takes a leadership and motivational role on the teller line to direct workflow and sales strategies to achieve referral goals. Minimum 2 years of previous teller experience. Customer service experience with demonstrated skills in problem resolution, team building and leadership.
Qualifications:
Must have knowledge and understanding of operations to include operational reports, systems applications. Must have supervisory skills, good oral, written communication and organizational skills are necessary.
