Description:
Accepts deposits and loan payments; cash checks and bonds; balance cash drawer and daily work. Must be able to cross-sell bank products and services to achieve referral sales goals. Must be able to handle customer inquires. Takes a leadership and motivational role on the teller line to direct workflow and sales strategies to achieve referral goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of previous teller experience. Customer service experience with demonstrated skills in problem resolution, team building and leadership.
Must have knowledge and understanding of operations to include operational reports, systems applications. Must have supervisory skills, good oral, written communication and organizational skills are necessary.
