Essential Functions and Competencies Able to perform all the essential functions and competencies listed above Works with a wide variety of most complex materials, tooling and machine operations Able to work with the most complex materials and equipment Interprets the most complex engineering drawings and blueprints using associated principles May work closely with engineering in production of parts May offer recommendations for changes or improvements to the process based on experience and knowledge Mentors and trains lower level employees and may be back-up Team Leader or Supervisor Qualifications / Education / Experience CNC Programmer utilizes knowledge to program, set-up, operate and inspect a variety of CNC and manual machines to timely and efficiently produce prototype and production parts to required specifications.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret most complex technical procedures Ability to handle most challenging multiple and frequently changing priorities Demonstrated ability to be a leader in work group; go-to production person to resolve most difficult situations
