Essential Functions and Competencies

Qualifications / Education / Experience
Provides word processing; spread sheeting and other administrative support to various BEI staff. Provides coverage for receptionist in main front lobby. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Prepare spreadsheets. Collects and coordinates time records for department. Maintains filing system for department. Greets customers, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Coordinates travel arrangements. Level II Able to perform all the essential functions and competencies listed above May train or mentor lower level administrators or clerical employees Works under general supervision and able to exercise independent judgment within prescribed parameters May assume projects from conception through completion

2-3 years of administrative office experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
