Essential Functions and Competencies Serves as a mentor to coworkers in IT Technician I role Leads large projects to upgrade HW or SW Presents ideas for overall improvement of IT processes and technology usage Troubleshoots basic to moderately complex IT problems and performs corrective actions under close professional IT guidance Qualifications / Education / Experience Provides support for the computer software and hardware used by Benchmark coworkers.
5 + years information systems experience; includes broader scope, more complexity. May provide leadership and mentorship to others in the information systems activity.
