Essential Functions and Competencies

Qualifications / Education / Experience
The Logistics Team Lead, under direction of a Supervisor, ensures all necessary tasks are performed per work instructions and procedures to manufacture product to meet quality goals, daily schedule or customer needs. Participates and identifies Continuous Improvement Projects Monitors Logistic Teams work habits, performance and provides feedback to co-workers. Provide daily work assignments and direction to the Logistics Team Maintains Visual Management System for the Logistics Area Monitor scrap materials on a daily basis Will coordinate the training of new employees in the area
0-2+yrs materials/warehouse experience.
High School diploma (Min 2 year degree preferred); 2+ years materials / warehouse experience; proven ability to lead others in a team environment
