ROLE DESCRIPTION The Lead partners with Business Units and Operations leadership to prepare for the deploy of the SAP solution. This role works to create the framework to maximize the effectiveness of the solution within the locations/Business Units. This includes, infrastructure, data and processes to fully utilize the capabilities that V15ION SAP provides. This Lead will possess deep technical knowledge and understanding of the SAP solution, and be able to apply the knowledge in the areas of data conversion, training, business readiness and project management. In addition, this position will partner with the Training Team to deliver effective concept training. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Partners with business units and leadership to create the framework and structure to maximize the utilization of the SAP solution
- Assesses the sites to understand the current practices and sources of data
- Assesses the sites to understand the current cost take out and WCOM project structure
- Key involvement in Deployment Strategy planning
- Manage SAP deployment with accountability for milestones in areas determined to be key for data based decision making
- Ensure that standardized practices are integrated and maintained within the business unit
- Oversight and assessment of application, data and training readiness
- Manages multiple, cross functional projects
- Define and manage Project Plans, Project Team Meetings, and establish and develop Project Stakeholder relationships (includes coordination of infrastructure requirements)
- Track, report, escalate and mitigate on issues, status, timeline, resources and budget
- Mentor and develop expertise in others
- Delegate to achieve project goals and to develop others
- Responsible to audit established processes and practices
- Responsible to integrate practices into cost take out/WCOM structure
Education & Experience Required QUALIFICATIONS - 7-10 years of work experience in IT or Business Unit, including SAP Solution Building and/or Deployment and Project Management experience; experience in global manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required, in computer science, management information systems, engineering or a related field.
- Travel percentage: 30% - 50%

- Executes the defined approach to pilot and deploy the SAP Solution in key areas for data based decision making for identified Wave locations at identified timeframes
- Execute the work plan, schedule, budget and required resources
- Develops Business and Site Readiness plans and evaluates readiness to ensure successful completion
- Measures effectiveness of the solution and makes necessary adjustments before full deployment
- Ensures projects are on time, with quality and on budget
- Leads knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer efforts
- Leadership of projects and/or subject area(s)
