Job Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Description:
Requirements are:
MSEE preferred, Minimum of 5 years experience in RF/Microwave semiconductor industry in design, testing and FOUNDRY support.
Good knowledge of RF Design, hands on experience in testing and good understanding of GaAs process flow.
Working knowledge of circuit simulation softwar such as Agilent ADS and Microwave Office AWR. Knowledge of Cadence is preferred.
The main duties are:
Designing and characterization of device cells to meet specific application performance;
