Job Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Description:
* 5 Yrs Netcool direct experience
* Engineering and operations functions in Netcool environment, including understanding and command of the software product set including Omnibus
* Writing rules and creating thresholds in Omnibus engine
* Writing Impact Rules
* Working with Webtop view .ELC files
* Impact and Webtop, understanding of development processes, operating systems and hardware components, command of scripting languages and programming rule sets for monitoring presentations to operations centers.
