Rehab Director
Job Location: Maryland
Description
Rehab Director that will Must have a proven track record of successful management experience in rehabilitation services and/or long term care services combined with strong interpersonal and organization skills, along with multi-site supervision experience are necessary.
(Or, management of a larger SNF rehab program or another similar program in a PPS environment.) Must have experience with either
Occupational Therapist/Assistant, Physical Therapist/Assistant, Speech Language Pathologist or Nurse with rehab experience preferred.
Must also have extensive knowledge of PPS.
Will be responsible for the operation of a group of skilled facilities, Program Director supervision & development, Communicate and demonstrate a professional image/attitude for patients, families, clients, coworkers and others, Participate in continuing education/professional development activities, Develop and maintain positive relationship with client administration, Carry out other duties as assigned.
