Test and acceptance of customer circuits
Drive field installations by coordinating installation techs, ILEC resources, and customer vendors to achieve successful implementation of services
Perform moves, adds, changes, and disconnects for existing customer base
Provision network elements for installations and MACDs
Escalate troubles to vendors/service providers when appropriate
