Job Description:
The Senior Business Development Officer will originate, structure, and negotiate asset based lending relationships from $5 million to $100 million for client. Originations are sourced through referral sources and direct prospect calling.
Responsibilities to Include:
Develop and maintain referral source, private equity firms and prospect relationships to foster new business opportunities. The Senior New Business Officer analyzes financial and collateral information, prepares a prescreening memo outlining the transaction for senior management, structures the transaction, prepares a financing proposal, and negotiates with the prospect or referral source to win the financing mandate.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree. Major in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field. Masters of Business Administration preferred.
