Description:
Strong clinical background with business operational experience required. RN or LPN preferred.
Experience that illustrates progressive responsibility in clinical area of a physican office / speciality practice.
Demonstrated knowledge of CPT coding, reimbursement and practice management systems, MISYS experience a plus.
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, co-workers, and other department representatives throughout the Health System.
Demonstrate knowledge of skills and medical terminology required working in a clinical setting and to effectively and efficiently resolve a broad range of practice-related problems.
Excellent role modeling, organizational, communication and guest-relation skills.
Possess basic analytical and problem solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
Ability to understand and communicate to staff information from financial statements and billing summary reports.
Willingness to attend and participate in off-site meetings and/or seminars.
