Primary Objective: (In general terms)
Ensure exterior of complex is clean and up to Bosselman standards. Perform full service duties as required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Throughout shift - keep all supplies fully stocked on diesel and gas islands.
• Perform full service on assigned full service accounts (pump fuel, wash windows and mirrors).
• Empty trash containers on both diesel and gas islands and around the perimeter of the lot.
• Make sure both diesel and gas pumps are clean and operational. Report any operational problems with the pumps to your immediate supervisor.
• Make all minor repairs on all pumps as needed (changing out nozzles, hoses, break-a-ways). Make a note on your work list of the repair that was done and which pump it was.
• Keep all sidewalks clean and free of litter, snow and ice.
• Handle the clean up of all fuel spills quickly and effectively. Notify your immediate supervisor as soon as you come across a spill.
• Keep the entire lot and perimeter, clean and free of litter.
• Outside painting as needed.
• Complete your entire shift work list and turn it in to your immediate supervisor at the end of your shift.
• Complete in a timely manner, any duties assigned by your Department Manager.
• Practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
Qualifications:
• Must have reliable transportation and phone.
• Must be available to work holidays, weekends and any shift needed.
• Must be able to work in any kind of weather.
• Must be able to be on their feet for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Must be SELF motivated.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
