Project Manager
Job Location: Wichita, KS
Salary:
$55,000 - $70,000 +
Duties Include:
Project management and estimation capable of bidding and managing projects in commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, and plumbing from start to finish. Project Managers will be the company's primary representative with customers. Project managers will be responsible for procuring laborers, materials, and sub contractors and for managing each of these aspects to profitably complete the job on time. Additional duties include preparing schedules, estimating, negotiating change orders, contract management and billing, and preparing profitability forecasts. Current project examples would include aircraft manufacturing plant upgrades and commercial office buildings.
Requirements:
Previous Project Management with HVAC and Plumbing. Good computer skills.
