Job Location: Wichita, KS
Salary:
$45,000 - $50,000
Duties Include:
Manage the payroll function for the purpose of producing accurate and timely payroll for Personal Assistants (weekly) and staff (biweekly). Manage PAS Payroll services for the purpose of providing a high level of customer service to Personal Assistants and Consumers. Manage the Accounts Receivable and Payable functions for the purpose of ensuring accurate and timely payment and collection of funds due. Produce financial statements for the purpose of providing accurate and timely financial information to managers and the Board of Directors. Manage yearly audit activities for the purpose of ensuring the efficient completion of the financial audit.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, required. Minimum of ten years hands-on managerial accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on payroll is required. CPA and MAS 90 Preferred.
