Program Manager
Job Location: Wichita, KS
Salary:
To $65,000 DOE
Duties Include:
Responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects (start-up tasks) for implementing new production programs. Review program technical and contractual requirements. Evaluate the methods and processes for the most efficient and economical parts production. Develop program implementation plans. Involved with research and product development.
Requirements:
Ability to read and understand technical documentation and purchase orders / contracts. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of the aerospace industry is preferred. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen and / or Lean techniques is helpful. Bachelor's degree preferred.
