CNC Machinist (3rd Shift)
Job Location: Wichita, KS
Salary:
$24,960 - $37,440
Duties Include:
Will effectively operate CNC and CMM machines and other shop equipment, assisting in set-ups and monitoring processes to ensure production and quality meet or exceed customer expectations. Will include Horizontal Setup Operator / Large Lathe Operator / Mill Operator functions. Monitors machine operation and production processes for the purpose of identifying tool wear, correct machine operation, part quality, and part production quantity. Inspects parts being produced mechanically and visually by using a variety of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, gauge pins, thread gauges, various other gauges. Coordinate CMM and SPC.
Requirements:
Experience in CNC machine operations. Problem solving and aptitude for reading blueprints.
