Education Requirements: High School or Certification
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for receipting whole goods inventories, managing attachment inventory, assisting Territory Sales Managers and Branch Managers in creating invoices, completing financial documents, formulating gross margin, reporting sales and bonuses, assembling sales data for sales commissions, reporting rental data to Corporate, assisting with vendor stock checks and reconciling sales accrual accounts.
Accounting: Assist CFO and Assistant Controller in processing inventory to a receipted status. Process weekly Whole Goods Payables for payment.
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
Knowledge and understanding of invoice components.

Complete required documentation and report in a timely manner.
