Job Description:

An innovative real estate company whose leadership team has a long history of groundbreaking development, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager (HRM) to help support significant growth.


  • Champion culture by aligning associates with the business mission, vision and values.
  • HR-Business KPI (key performance indicator) owner; leverage data to drive business improvement and ensure that HR strategies are translated into concrete actions and tangible results.
  • Shape organizational structure by recruiting highly skilled and motivated Team Members, aligning the Team Members capabilities with business requirements and client needs.
  • Monitor and foster talent development, including the development of tomorrows leadership, both in the corporate headquarters and in the field; facilitate planning, conduct training and measure effectiveness.
  • Develop and administer reward systems that drive organizational goals.
  • Maintain and improve the team members benefits package in a cost effective manner, allowing the business to recruit and retain talented individuals needed for success.
  • Plan for succession and identify the values, behaviors and skills required for current and future business needs.
  • Enable a working environment where sharing knowledge and expertise is not inhibited.
  • Monitor and provide excellent HR service delivery (timely, accurate, efficient and responsive).
  • Assist in development and delivery of HR process and systems training.
  • Serve as general adviser on employment law and government regulations.
  • As the company grows, recruit, manage and continuously develop a world-class HR team.

Job Requirements:

  • BS in HR or related field. Possible SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Firm grasp of the fundamentals of HR Management; minimum of 5 years relevant experience; career advancement within at least one organization.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ownership of HR KPIs; using business HR and safety data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated organizational development skills developing and aligning structured people processes and reward systems with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and change management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive associate relations and communication programs.
  • Experience in supporting a multi-unit business with operations throughout the United States.
  • Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, team member relations, safety practices and talent acquisition.
  • Must have the ability to ensure that our strategy and actions are compliant with relevant employment law in multiple states.
  • Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
